Before you write
What saves a round trip
Include your group type, approximate size, your date window, and what you'd want people to walk away with. Four sentences beats a formal RFP, and it lets me answer you properly the first time.
Nonprofits and churches
The fee is flexible and always has been. If the budget is small or there isn't one, say so plainly in the form. It has never once been the reason I said no.
